Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after processing:

Please note these are estimates. Delivery may be affected by customs, weather, or high order volume, and we are not liable for delays caused by these or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Any expedited options, if available, will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's progress.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated time or appears lost in transit, please contact us at ryanbest050608@gmail.com and we will assist you.
Once tracking shows an order as "Delivered" to the correct address, Sondelle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please check around your property and with neighbors, and contact your local carrier, who can often provide GPS delivery confirmation.
Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please make sure all shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.
