30-Day Results Guarantee
We want you to love your Sondelle Lymphatic Face Brush. If you don't see or feel a noticeable difference within 30 days of consistent use, you may be eligible for a refund under our Results Guarantee.
To qualify for a Results Guarantee refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

The request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

You provide proof of consistent use for at least 2 weeks, such as before/after photos or a short video showing the product in use.

The item is returned in its original packaging (even if partially used).

The product has not been damaged, altered, or disposed of.

You followed the usage instructions provided with the product.
Once our support team verifies your request, a partial or full refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed based on your individual case.
Standard Returns
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than the Results Guarantee, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at ryanbest050608@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective or damaged, report it within 2 days of delivery. If you received the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. In both cases, please include clear photos or video of the item and its original packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Used or altered items cannot be replaced or refunded.
Situations Where Refunds Cannot Be Granted
To maintain fairness and hygiene standards, refunds cannot be issued for:

Personal dissatisfaction or "it didn't work for me" claims without valid proof of use.

Minor shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Items returned without prior return authorization.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or neglect.

Items claimed as damaged only after they have been used.

Sale items and gift cards.
No Same-Day Cancellation
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once an order has been processed, cancellations or changes may not be possible. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
